Job Description
Our client, PT. Gandar Sangkil Infinit (Sangkil) is looking for Legal Admin & General Affair with the following details:


Job description:


  • Maintaining and updating organizational legal documents;
  • Organizing a filing system for important organizational documents;
  • Make Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and follow up on Tasks and Due Dates of team members on the MOM
  • Manage and organize the team schedule using Google Calendar (or another designated platform); organize and schedule appointments and meetings; book & organize travel arrangements
  • Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that the relevant staff have easy access to it;
  • Ad-hoc duties, as required
  • Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions;
  • Maintaining records of all administrative-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the relevant manager
  • Preparing administrative arrangements for company business travel (flights, hotels, transportation, and related arrangements);
  • Undertaking the administration of consultants/vendors, including contract and contact information forms;

Qualifications:


  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Legal, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Wide Legal Knowledge
  • Analysis and Reporting Skills
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
