Human Resources Strategist Jobs

Key Responsibilities :

1. Create a Man Power Planning format and also give a report in a form of analysis from the Man Power Planning, do end-to-end recruitment process, and execute a development program for team members.

2. Create a report on team member performance and determine what could be improved.

3. Execute a calculation for efficiency on Man Power if needed.

4. Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for all team members.

5. Create and execute an internal event in order to maintain team member’s morale level.

6. Able to communicate effectively with Board of Directors, Manager, and all of the team members.

7. Dealing with day-to-day needs of the team members (Absent request, time off request, WFH Request, and Reimbursement)

8. Responsible for employee payroll needs

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resource, Human Capital, People Engagement, or other related fields.

2. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

3. Strong experience in HR Management & modern employment best practice

4. In depth knowledge of current employment legislation & practical approach to managing complex HR casework

5. Knowledge of local government terms & conditions & working practices

6. Ability to identify business requirements and successfully apply these to people management practice

7. Have the knowledge of HRIS tools

8. Effectively and engagingly communicate skill is a must.

9. A cheerful person is very welcomed.

10. Having an experience of working in a creative/advertising agency is more preferable.

11. Can join ASAP, working from office in Bandung area
