PEOPLE & CULTURE INTERN

As an HR intern, your primary role will be to provide support to the HR department and assist with various tasks related to human resources management. You will gain practical experience in different HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Critical Thinking Skills: Highly driven, passionate to learn, and aspiring to be a good Human Resource professional.
• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Work Scope

• Learning, assist the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, and coordinating candidate assessments.
• Learning, assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and development initiatives.
• Learning, assist people operation process by maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
