Manulife Indonesia Head of MDRT & Top Tier Agents will be responsible to grow the contribution from top tier agents through creating a great support system, recognition, development program and rules for the top tier agents. Will be leading a team of 6 individuals ranging from staff to managers.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• Transformation mindset
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of agency sales management of a large agency, training and development, or experience in managing insurance operations within the Company and demonstrably good working relationships with the field.
• Proven capability to transform a sales force, business or operations to move towards a more digital, and efficient sales force, and/or business.
• An expert at managing conflict and solving people issues within agency.
• Ability to “walk the talk” through in depth knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the agency distribution system, as well as the challenges of a developing market.
• Ability to lead/coach/develop/influence peers through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business financials, with the ability to deliver results within financial parameters.
• Strategic thinking with very strong execution capabilities
• University degree from reputable university

On The Job You Will

• Plan and implement agency growth strategy through the top tier agents.
• Responsible to increase the contribution from top tier agents, increase the number of MDRT, increase the proportion of aspirant MDRT to become MDRT
• Develop, execute and maintain Manupro program which is a program specific for the top tier agents.
• To formulate and improve the development and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support top tier agents.
• Responsible for end to end strategy design, execution and monitoring of the Manupro program.
