Finance Administrator (1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage business leaders' calendar, incorporating meeting
• Arrange all liaison meetings with internal and external parties as required
• Support any Adhoc duties required by Finance team
• Attend relevant meetings, record and distribute meeting's minutes and manage follow-ups
• Provide administrative support to Finance team
• Act as a point of contact for any administrative matters
• Help with submission of claims and expenses
• Ensure filing and communication is kept up-to-date

Desired Traits:

• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• A passion for Music
• Team player who will always be there to help and learn at the same time
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration
• Resourceful and proactive when last-minute changes or issues arise.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
