Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Menjamin akurasi dan ketepatan dalam pencatatan koleksi
  • Rekonsiliasi pernyataan akun pelanggan dan perbaiki perbedaan yang diperlukan
  • Memposting jurnal ke dalam sistem akuntansi
  • Mengumpulkan piutang yang telah lewat jatuh tempo
  • Membuat faktur dan faktur pajak
  • Menyiapkan laporan AR mingguan dan bulanan
Requirements


  • Menguasai MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Account Receivable atau Accounting
  • D4/S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan/bidang terkait
  • Bisa bergabung secepatnya akan lebih diutamakan
  • Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik, pemikiran yang analitis, dan berorientasi pada detail
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan berkoordinasi dengan tim
