• Monitor driver performance (fulfillment order monitoring and setup driver activation plan)
• Maintain order fulfillment for intercity performance, intracity performance, Lalamove Plus, and Top Client's orders
• Provide insightful daily and weekly performance reports of KPIs
• Manage supply activation for bigger vehicles (5T and above)
• Collaborate with related departments to boost driver leads, supply, and fulfillment (Marketing, Business Development, Driver Operations, CX, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Graduate from a reputable university
• Familiar with Google Spreadsheets and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in logistics operations
• Able to meet the targets determined by the company
• Having experience in sales operations is a plus point
