Job Description
  • Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus
  • Basic- food safety management (HACCP)
  • Comfortable training, directing and supervising kitchen staff
  • Languages- basic English is fine
  • Time management and organization
  • Dynamic person, positive attitude and full of energy
  • Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state and local food handling regulations
  • Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
  • Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
  • Foundation baseline requirement- specialty in Indonesian Javanese Cuisine with Innovative way
  • Secondary Western & Asian
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
  • Able to fulfill a passion, loyalty time commitment & flexible hour
  • Ensuring the quality of food items
  • Character - good personality & well grooming
  • Skill - basic computer Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, power point
  • Leadership - would able to managing & delegation skill
  • Food knowledge- food allergy, gluten free, lactose,
  • Ability to develop unique recipes
  • 4-5-star hotel or Well knows Restaurant background
  • Hiring, training, supervising, assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery
