1. Berpengalaman minimal 2th
2. Mampu mengatur & men training meaning
3. Menguasai Adminitrasi
4. Kreatif & Memiliki ide liar
5. Komunikatif dan bisa berkomunikasi dg managemen
6. Menguasai standart operasional pembuatan produk pastry
7. Memiliki sertifikasi profesi di bidang pastry ( Nilai Tambah )
8. Jujur & Ber etika ( Nilai Tambah )
