Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan produksi maiku tiramisu
2. Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh operasional maiku lab baik dari mesin, ingredients, dan kebersihan lab
3. Mengontrol dan memanage stock bahan baku produksi maiku tiramisu
4. Melakukan product development untuk rasa-rasa maiku tiramisu
Kualifikasi
1. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahub di bidang pastry
2. Mengerti dasar-dasar baking (pastry)
3. Memiliki lidah yang sensitif dan referensi rasa yang baik
4. Dapat menerima kritik dan komplain
5. menguasai bahasa inggris dasar
6. Pendidikan di bidang kuliner diutamakan
