Ecommerce Manager (Based In Indonesia)

Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and expanding fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as other SEA countries, we are now seeking an eCommerce Manager to take charge of our price comparison engine and ensure that our website is up to date with the latest content and listings, to be part of this exciting growth story across different markets in SEA.
As the eCommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the categorization and listing of our price comparison engine, as well as managing a team of in-house and freelance professionals taking care of content and listings for our website. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our website is optimised for maximum user engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Price Comparison Engine Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and relevance of our price comparison engine listings
• Manage the categorization and listing of our price comparison engine to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and promotions to ensure that we remain competitive

Content and Listings Management:

• Ensure that our website is up to date with the latest products, promotions, and pricing information
• Manage a team of in-house and freelance professionals taking care of content and listings for our website
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize our website for maximum user engagement and conversion

Analytics and Reporting:

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies to improve website performance
• Monitor website performance metrics and develop reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Familiarity with CMS platforms, eCommerce platforms, and price comparison engines
• Experience in managing a team of professionals, including in-house and freelance staff
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in eCommerce, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and experience with eCommerce analytics tools
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 2 years in a management position
