As the Entrepreneur you are part of the key to PT. SOLID GOLD JAKARTA's growth through number of deals you and your team closes on a monthly basis. The Entrepreneur is responsible for the organization and implementation of all processes needed and the team execution to maximize sales output of their teams. As one of our Entrepreneur, you will be leading yout own team. Your success will be a team and individual metric of success.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for needs of being investor
• Need to get new investor, coach them, assist them in their day-to-day trade transaction
• Offer compelling solutions for the client's financial needs
• Analyze the client's needs and maintain relationship
• Create offline and online media plan and promotion
• Can will work individually as well as in team
• Work individually as well as in team
• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Develop in commodity markets
• Strategically plan the approach to the client
• Maintance and get new investor, coach them, handling and maintance their daily trade transaction

Requirements

• Have a good command of English Language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree or diploma 3 of Any Major
• Strong team collaboration skills. Have passion in leadership to handle 5-15 people in the team
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Good analytical thinking and excellent communication
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• Negotiation skill
• Understanding of Investing Market is greatly appreciated (not required), Have experience is a definite plus
• Enthusiast in selling, relationship management and meeting new customer
• Must be in JABODETABEK area
