About The Role

• Work with a variety of high-profile clients across key industries such as Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Chemical, and Energy & Resources
• As a senior member of this team, you will take on engagements to help our clients in leveraging their supply chain as a strategic capability and source of competitive advantage
• Responsible for developing thought leadership and eminence addressing the latest in supply chain innovation and digital supply chain
• You will help clients, private and public, to develop and implement strategies and operational improvement projects within their own organisation, as well as within their extended supply chain with suppliers and channel partners
• Responsible for project delivery, involved in delivering strong proposals
• You will use your creativity and knowledge to define the future of supply chain, including improving productivity and supply chain security leveraging the art of the possible in today’s digital supply chain
• Supporting the further shaping of the supply chain practice across multiple competencies and South East Asian markets

Minimum Requirements
Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
• Experience with eProcurement solutions as business user or administrator (Ariba, Coupa, Anaplan or equivalent)
• Highly motivated to contribute to the client’s business from supply chain and digital perspective
• Excel-ninja who can solve supply chain planning problems with Excel modelling
• Enthusiastic to learn the latest digital technology and to improve own capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight project timelines
• Bachelor’s degree from top tier universities in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance or equivalent (MBA or Master’s degree is preferably)
• 12 years+ of working experience with strong numerical, analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, and excellent story boarding skills
• Possess supply chain-related practical experience from industry (planning, production management, inventory management, logistics, procurement, etc.)
• Willingness to travel to serve regional and /or international clients
• Previous Consulting experiences is a must
• Development experience reporting tools (such as Tableau or PowerBI)
• Some understanding in programming languages (such as C, C++, Java, Python, R, VBA or .NET) and experience with data management – data flow concepts and data integration concepts will be advantageous
