Senior Manager/Director in Delivering Deal Value Team (DDV)

Manage good communication with senior leaderships and departmental heads to ensure strategy alignment.

Develop and manage SOP & Work Instruction (WI) and new operations initiatives based on trends in technology and development.

Minimum 15 years of combined experience in managing end to end supply chain

Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & LEAN skills are preferred) with the ability to drive execution of ideas

Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably from consulting firms with senior managerial position

Strong and proven experience in either or following functions: supply chain operations, performance improvement

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills (including exposure to public forums / larger audiences)

Lead Senior Clients Engagement, Business Development And Develop Commercial Opportunities

Bachelor Degree at a well-known establishment, Master/MBA Degree is welcome

Possess supply chain-related practical experience from industry (planning, production management, inventory management, logistics, procurement, etc.)

12 years+ of working experience with strong numerical, analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, and excellent story boarding skills

Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, with stakeholders, clients and team.

Previous Consulting experiences is a must

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight project timelines

Experience with eProcurement solutions as business user or administrator (Ariba, Coupa, Anaplan or equivalent)
