Job Description
Job description :


  • Control all dedicated courier hubs
  • Ensure that goods returned are handover from all hubs
  • Ensure on time pick up according to client request
  • Monitoring aging delivery of all dedicated courier hubs
  • Ensure the delivery target is in accordance with SLA (1 day lastmile)
  • Monitoring courier performance (SLA, FTD, Productivity, CDBB) in all hubs
  • Controlling the leader and the admin has done all job lists
  • Ensure SOP treatment of goods return from each client
  • Monitoring performance returns according to SLAs (1 day)
  • Ensure the amount of goods returned is in accordance with the physical amount
  • Inform clients of damaged return items
  • Coordinate with the courier vendor
