We are seeking a skilled Facilities Suport to join our team. The responsible will be managing facilities movement projects and responsible for project monitoring.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for all utilities payments (electricity, water, drinking water, etc)
• Maintain good relation with external parties (goverment, locals, vendors).
• Oversee facilities movement projects, responsible for project monitoring, and handover to Operation team.
• Track and list company's assets.
• Responsible to assist, coordinate, support, and Liase with related parties such as IT, vendors, landlord, goverment related to facilities.
• Prepare and Provide Documents related to MH (invoice, payment, etc).

What you'll need:

• Possess strong communication abilities both in writing and verbally, and be able to solve problems as well.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field is required with a minimum GPA of 3,00
• Minimum 2-3 year of experience
• Willing to do travel.
• Experience in facility management fields.
