Country Manager (Indonesia) Jobs

We are a fast-growing global payment solutions provider and dedicated to support cross-border exporting SMEs and ecommerce merchants. We are looking for a Country Manager to join our team. This is a ground floor opportunity for a proven leader with a startup mentality who can roll up their sleeves, build our teams and grow the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruiting, training, coaching and retaining high caliber talent to support our growth.

-Partner with HQ leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales/partnership strategy and process.

- Own the end-to-end relationship with partners and maintain senior executive-level contacts

with the goal of driving as much qualified business as possible into the sales pipeline.

- Develop and manage sales forecasting, reporting and planning processes in line with PingPong’s global framework.

-Roll up your sleeves to aid in revenue growth and customer adoption.

-Partner with Marketing, Product and Operations to build extraordinary customer programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 7+ years of successful experience with building and managing a high performing sales team within payments, eCommerce, international trade or global logistics.

- Ability to work independently and within an international team, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders.

- Strong negotiating skills, project management skill and problem-solving skills.

- Business Chinese and English speaking required
