Background
- Conduct a desk review of existing relevant documents including existing monitoring tools
- Map existing toolkits and trainings on WPS
- Develop a consultancy work plan.
- Conduct preliminary consultations with members of the project team and stakeholders.
- Support facilitation of the webinar, including supporting identified speakers with background notes as necessary;
- Organize preparatory meetings with partners identified in consultation with UN Women;
- Develop detailed facilitation guides/runs of shows;
- Develop short reports for each webinar, inclusive of key messages and recommendations.
- Monitor changes in knowledge by participants.
- Detailed timeline for the rollout of each webinar
- Proposed tools for monitoring the outcomes of the webinar series, adapted from existing monitoring tools;
- For each webinar, a zero-draft run of show including proposed partners, any interactive elements, and case studies;
- Overall strategies/approaches for the webinar rollout;
- Analysis of post-tests stating how many participants enhanced their knowledge

- The Consultant is expected to work using his/ her computer;
- UN Women will directly cover travel costs as per UN Women’s rules and regulations.
- UN Women will provide the Consultant with background information and documents, and a list of stakeholders relevant to the assignment;

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in areas relevant to women peace and security agenda
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training materials based on adult learning methodologies and approaches, including via virtual facilitation;
- At least 2 years of proven experience in facilitating trainings/workshops on WPS
- Experience working within at least one ASEAN Member State or at the ASEAN regional level is a strong asset;
- Previous experiences in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
- Proven experience facilitating consultative workshops for government stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar assignment would be considered an added advantage.
- Computer literacy and ability to effectively use office technology equipment, Internet and email.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required.
- Excellent facilitation skills

- A financial proposal. The financial proposal shall specify a total lump sum amount per each deliverable, including any administrative fees, based on the template in Annex 1.

- Financial Proposal (100 points) weight; [30%]
- Technical Qualification (100 points) weight; [70%]
- The total number of points allotted for the price component is 100.
- The maximum number of points will be allotted to the lowest price proposal that is opened/ evaluated and compared among those technically qualified candidates who have attained a minimum of 70% score in the technical evaluation. All other price proposals will receive points in inverse proportion to the lowest price.
- Only the financial proposal of candidates who have attained a minimum of 70% score in the technical evaluation will be considered and evaluated.
