Job Description
We are looking for Resident Service Associates to provide high-quality service to our Guests. You will address complaints and go to the extra mile to make sure our guest satisfied. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer oriented.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain the high level of customer relationship for acknowledge as RSA member
  • Responsible for all tasks related to Front Office
  • Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience
  • Communicate with associates to acknowledge the problems to immediate fix and report to supervisor for solution
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to the Apartment’s standards and guidelines
  • Following direct guidance and standard by supervisor and above level


Requirements


  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
  • A customer-oriented and professional attitude
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and systems
  • Mastering Microsoft word and excel
  • Proven experience as a customer service or hotel or service apartment Front Office is preferred
  • Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred or Bachelor Degree in Communication
  • An outgoing personality
  • Fluent in English for both speaking and writing
  • Able to speak Japanese is preferred
