Business Process Improvement & Policies- Digital Banking

About You:

• Knowledge of banking procedures and policies.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Understand bank regulation (OJK and BI) and bank related GAAP.
• Bonus points, if candidate have BSMR certification lvl 1.
• Have basic knowledge of “process improvement” such as productivity analysis, business process design, project management or change management.
• Have experience in Banking (minimal 3 years)
• Have communication skills in interacting and collaborating with other parties.
• Ability to develop a Banking procedure and using tools related to process chart (eg. Visio, diagrams.net)

About The Role:

• Establish SOP’s and policies to automate business processes and ensure compliance to applicable service standard.
• Handle various projects to create and design policies and procedures to be aligned into FinAccel Group.
• Participant in BRD preparation for new products of bank
• Monitor the current processes of the Bank and take initiative for process improvement that will be deliver more efficient, more controlled, and more comfortable working mechanism for external as well as internal customer.
