What you'll do:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance quality in each of our contact channels.
• Liaise with other stakeholders within operations to fine tune business processes based on QA findings.
• Manage Operations QA and Business Process streams.

What you'll need:

• Focus on quality and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer experience.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Proven track records as Quality Assurance professional.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience in leading the QA team.
• Familiar with QA methodologies.
• Having 2-3 years of customer service experience.
