An expanding, established telecommunications company is recruiting for a new Project Process Manager job to work from their head office in Jakarta. The Project Process Manager is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of non-core business within operations.
About the Project Process Manager Role:
In this role, you will perform various duties and responsibilities that include overseeing strategic projects with a primary focus on cross-functional initiatives and will bring to bear exceptional business acumen to manage complex situations and multiple responsibilities while simultaneously mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update work-flow solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Validate change requests on-site through periodic audits and inspections, to feed into the revenue assurance process
- Develop and coordinate policies and mission, to the expectations of the department by meeting with managers and VPs to determine needs and challenges
- Define, streamline, and communicate operational and decision-making processes
- Ensure correct database administration for the control of information and quality assurance of data
- Oversee revenue assurance processes and consult with corporate to report on findings
- Develop and update business processes within operations and consult with corporate business processes
- Manage specific business functions directly and working closely with all other functions including sales, delivery, and finance
- Develop and oversee work-flow processes within operations
- Develop and control documentation manage systems for all operationally related site files including leases, permits, as-built documents, etc.
- Oversee interdepartmental relationship to ensure smooth process execution and information/data integrity across all operational groups
- Manage operations administration team to ensure timely closure of reconciliation and BAPS, assessment and payment of energy and documentation of change management requests
- Oversee the auditing of lease agreements, upload of data into lease management platform and day-to-day management of the platform to ensure data integrity
The successful Project Process Manager has great diligence, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent language skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa
- Telecommunications industry experience is desirable
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- 10 years of relevant project management experience in a similar role
