Process Engineering Manager Jobs

You will be responsible for design implementation and managing the Engineering Team to ensure that all engineering aspects of various waste treatment and waste water treatment projects are met and to ensure that the process solutions proposed are safe, cost effective and comply with current regulations

Qualifications :

1. S1 / S2 Teknik kimia(or equivalent associated work experience)
2. Min 5 years experience in the field of liquid waste or waste water treatment
3. Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and/or Google
4. Proven experience of design and build and Solution/package equipment.
5. Proven experience of working as a Senior Engineer or equivalent role
6. Proven experience of managing a team, able to delegate effectively and to lead by example and act as a mentor. Without direct supervision to have an ability to pro-actively find information and answers so that design work is allowed to progress.
7. Ability and experience of being able to use initiative and knowledge to develop designs with a consideration for the key design features of the plant / equipment
8. Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
9. Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
