Head Of Business Process Improvement Jobs

Have basic knowledge of “process improvement” such as productivity analysis, business process design, project management or change management.

Have experience in Banking (minimal 3 years)

Knowledge of banking procedures and policies.

Bonus points, if candidate have BSMR certification lvl 1.

Understand bank regulation (OJK and BI) and bank related GAAP.

1-2 years experience as BPI from Logistics Industry.

Well-developed and effective verbal and written communication skills used in working with peers and employees at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor Degree, any major from TOP University

Understand business process from Warehousing and Delivery

Fluent English is a must

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

Have minimum 10 years of experience as manager/assistant manager

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence all directors at various levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree or Master degree in a relevant field such as business administration, business process improvement.

Continuous learning mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.

Presenting result to management and implementing recommendations in collaboration with fun

Making recommendations for improvement, using computer models to test them and presenting findings to management.

Conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business.

Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing and communicating recommendations.

Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies.

Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in business / management / operational or economy management with GPA 3.0

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Corporate Secretary/Compliance or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Translate proposal SOP to proper SOP.

Distribute new SOP to stakeholders.

Control SOP, Working Instruction, Policy template, and form.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, with strong project management skills.

Proficient in using process mapping tools, document management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Identify and manage risks and issues related to process optimization initiatives, and develop mitigation plans as needed.

Conduct process mapping and modeling exercises to document current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.

Strong understanding of process mapping, process improvement methodologies, and best practices related to business process optimization.

Proven experience in quality assurance, process enhancement, and project management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry

Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Demonstrated experience in vendor management and performance monitoring

Lead and manage a team responsible for process enhancement and initiatives, vendor management performance, project assurance review, and reporting

Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience

Provide leadership and guidance in resolving complex issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Make recommendations on requirements for new policies and procedures when gaps are noticed to maximize coverage.

Ability to influence GSC Business Process team to include major systems requirements for Manyar into global common design of these platforms

S1 Degree in Business or Systems Analysis or equivalent with 5 years experience in cataloging, warehousing, inventory control or materials purchasing.

Expert knowledge in operating procedure development.

Working knowledge of SAP, Business Objects Microsoft Office Applications and specialized databases such as MSDS.

At least 7 years of experience in the same position

Strong knowledge in data science

Excellent English communication skill is a MUST

In charge of developing research program to improve existing products

Responsible for R&D to support business goals and document all phases of R&D

Maintain product testing procedures for raw material, in process and finished products assessment
