Job Description
  1. Lead the team & ensure all the sales team understanding of sales strategy.
  2. Increase occupancy, average rate and profits.
  3. Conduct morning briefing with the sales team and strategize selling guidance.
  4. Ensure smooth and clear communication between the group sales and hotel sales organizations.
  5. Build relationships with existing clients.


General Requirements :

  • Experience in the same position min 2 years
  • Highly motivated, friendly & good communication skills
  • Able to perform in a highly dynamic environment & work as a team
  • Proven career track in hotel industry
