You need to have

• Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling.
• Strong phone٫ email and instant messaging communication skills
• Good practical experience with word-processing software
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A deep interest in continuous education.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.
• Outgoing, personable, at ease meeting new people

Activities.

• Develope startegies on how to compile volunteer daily activity in a single document
• Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.
• Schedule appointments.
• Tracking of daily updates and volunteers’ activity on our slack channel
• Prepare presentations according to instructions given.
• Help employees with their administrative queries

Duration

• 3 Months
• At least 2-3 hours per day
• Part-time
• Remote
