Since starting the business in 2014, we’ve quickly grown to more than 180 people in Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore, have worked on over 2,000 campaigns for more than 500 brands, grown our network to more than 8,000 creators and have given more than US$24 million back to them. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for people who, like us, are fascinated by the evolution of media, content marketing and brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management team with project execution, monitoring, & reporting
• Manage relationship and liaise with clients and partners
• Work closely with Strategic Team for concept development and finding suitable partners
• Help create agreement documents, quotations, and costing sheets
• Work closely with the Network Team to ensure we can deliver the solutions clients are looking for
• Support Business Development team with attending meetings, proposal creation, and briefing.

Requirements

• Goal oriented
• Highly organized and a strong coordinator with project management experience
• A strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment
• Prior internship experience in sales or account management in agencies / media / advertising / B2B SaaS will be beneficial
• Able to communicate well internally and externally
