Account Management Lead Jobs

As an Account Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our client relationships to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for client management, increasing Gross Transaction Value (GTV) and Customer Orders (CO) from existing clients, maintaining strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize client performance.
• Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements and new offerings
• Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Increase Gross Transaction Value (GTV) and Customer Orders (CO) from existing clients.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications

1. Education : S1 Top Uni. (Major Business, Mgmt, Eco, Communication)
2. Experience : Min. 3 years experience as sales / RM / acct. mgmt. for Enterprise / B2B segment
