Overview Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions within an organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best talent. They also manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing, onboarding, and orientation. Detailed Job Description The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions within the organization. This includes developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and advice on recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
