Smelter Project Readiness Manager Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management and Engineering or related roles preferably in Smelter or Mineral Mining Projects

Project Planning and Coordination, collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

Oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Monitor progress and provide timely updates to project stakeholders, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies

Maintain accurate documentation of construction progress, change orders, and as-built drawings

Establish and develop an effective communication plan between key stakeholders to ensure efficient change management as and when required.

Prior experience as an operational readiness lead / manager

Facilitate alignment of roles and responsibilities within the Operational Readiness team and other stakeholders to ensure effective operational ramp-up.

Manage a safe and healthy work environment where workers and contractors can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment.

Ensure environmental impact falls within and complies with statutory requirements.

Working knowledge of operational readiness processes

Balance of technical and management experience at relevant level and position.

Smelter engineering and construction experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate with a wide stakeholder group.

Bachelor's degree or Masters in an engineering discipline, (Mechanical/Electrical/civil/Process)

Chartered Engineer/Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent with recognised professional body

A candidate for this position must have had at least 10-12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting as people manager.

Lead Time management and ensure the correctness and compliance with Policy and Procedure.

Lead management and external reporting related to cash management, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivables and payroll.

Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision making, interpersonal, analytical and lateral thinking skills

The candidate must also demonstrate an ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with others (employees and management levels).

Optimizing Companys fund utilization through a prudent cash management

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is an advantage

Keeps management/engineering/production informed of design/specification trends.

5+ years of experience in Sales Manager / Sales Administration Manager / Sales Planning & Monitoring role

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

Comply with Division Technology Lifecycle Management standards and the Competency Management System.

Verify the status of equipment certifications and calibrations.

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with equipment preparation for jobs.

Prepare equipment and associated critical spares for shipment and staging to a pre-determined location or loading zone.

Load equipment onto trucks in the absence of base or operational planning support, or the Equipment Readiness Operator or Technician.

Knowledge of hazard identification and correction, environmental regulations, human behaviors and physical attributes related to job capabilities

Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with others and be assertive as required
