Prior major project management and/or start-up on big industry experience.

Assist line management to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in an effective, thorough and objective investigative manner.

Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary action).

Work closely with line management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Experience in security risk management and training management and training management skills.

Training, maintain knowledge, and assist with testing and implementation of crisis management plans as needed.

Knowledge or experience with Indonesian military doctrine and military organization structure.

General managerial and planning skills.
