Job Description
We’re seeking someone who passionate in HR to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, at least 1 years experience (preferably in the IT industry) in talent acquisition, and the ability to devise strategies for our HR and be able to execute the strategies.


Objectives


  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
  • Build a talent pool to speed up the recruitment search
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Create an employer branding program
  • Give input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals


Responsibilities


  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screening and assessments
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, jobstreet and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Assess candidates information, including CVs, portfolios and references
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders


Minimum Qualifications


Skills and Qualifications:


  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in using Digital Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • MUST HAVE work experience in talent acquisition for IT industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends


Preferred Qualifications


  • 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an IT company
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar degree
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
