Support Associate Jobs

PineConnector is a cutting-edge automation tool for retail traders, providing seamless integration between charts on TradingView and brokers on MetaTrader. As the world of retail trading shifts towards automated execution and management of financial strategies, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated junior support staff to join us. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements (at least one of the following):

• Experience working with TradingView
• Experience working with MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5
• Experience as a retail trader, trading currency pairs and other CFDs (paper trading or live)

Good to Haves:

• Understanding of basic trading terms such as free margin, pips, and MACD
• Experience working with TradingView
• Experience as a retail trader, trading currency pairs and other CFDs (paper trading or live)
• Academic background in Finance
• Experience working with MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5
• Proficient in PineScript, TradingView’s coding language
• Able to work night shifts and weekends

Salary Range:

Starting from IDR 6,000,000 per month

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and errors reported by customers, escalating more complex issues to senior staff or developers as needed

• Collaborate with the development team to identify and escalate complex issues

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively reach out to customers to identify areas of improvement

• Work collaboratively with the development team to identify, prioritize and communicate customer needs and product issues

• Maintain and update customer support documentation such as user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs

• Continuously develop knowledge and skills on PineConnector, MetaTrader, TradingView, and trading concepts

• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and business goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic technical knowledge: The junior support staff should have basic technical knowledge to be able to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.

• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role to provide clear and effective support to customers.

• Problem-solving skills: The junior support staff should be able to think critically and solve problems quickly and effectively.

• Attention to detail: Being detail-oriented is crucial in this role to ensure customer queries are resolved accurately and efficiently.

• Organizational skills: The junior support staff should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads to ensure deadlines are met.

• Ability to work independently: The junior support staff should be able to work independently and manage their workload without direct supervision.

• Strong work ethic: A strong work ethic is important to ensure the junior support staff delivers quality work and meets deadlines.

• Passion for technology and trading: An interest in trading and technology is an advantage for this role and can help the candidate understand and appreciate the software they are supporting.
