Description & Requirements

• To monitor complaints for assigned co-packers and drive continuous improvement
• Provides excellent communication and partnership with the copackers and KH related departments (procurement- SNOP- R&D- etc).
• To standardize- improve- and drive for quality best practice in Co-Packers
• To develop and maintain food safety & quality training and development programs for copackers that support key performance goals for the Company
• To support the FSQ issues investigation- follow up and resolution at co-packers
• To review co-packers compliance to Kraft Heinz food safety & quality standards using approved Kraft Heinz ways of working and system tools
• To ensure Co-Packers FSQ standard implementation are consistent and complied
• Lead- motivate and develop copacker personnel to achieve outstanding food safety & quality products. Effectively conduct team meetings.
• Facilitates good practice or new standards / technology sharing from Kraft Heinz to copackers
• To assist in regulatory audits and inspections. Interacts with regulatory affairs team and regulatory agency to facilitate regulatory audits or inspections at toll-packers
• To coordinate & conduct KH audits and assessments at copackers sites QRMP Lite- platinum rules- assisting preservation audits (IPM/ISM- drying & baking) and ensure all audits are according to risk assessments
• To assist product compliance monitoring at co-packers and ensure compliance
• To ensure shrimp paste co-packers for the BU have been assessed against Platinum Rules and drive to 100% compliance with stakeholders
