Work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role

Previous experience in the industry preferred

Availability to work in shifts including weekends

Able to operating Opera Hotel System

Willing to be placed in Karawang

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Work closely with Senior Management and become a business partner

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Drive compensation and benefit strategy as well as payroll

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai sales di industri multifinance atau sejenis

Mengelola dan memastikan target sales tercapai sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan

Menyiapkan laporan aktivitas pembiayaan untuk digunakan oleh manajemen

Melaksanakan proses perekrutan anggota tim sales (Financing Agent Sales Officer atau Financing Sales Agent) sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan

Memberikan arahan, melatih serta memonitor aktivitas tim sales untuk meningkatkan kinerja

Mengembangkan jaringan serta menjalin hubungan baik dengan seluruh mitra, agen dan mitra leasing

To ensure Co-Packers FSQ standard implementation are consistent and complied

To ensure shrimp paste co-packers for the BU have been assessed against Platinum Rules and drive to 100% compliance with stakeholders

To standardize- improve- and drive for quality best practice in Co-Packers

To monitor complaints for assigned co-packers and drive continuous improvement

To assist product compliance monitoring at co-packers and ensure compliance

To support the FSQ issues investigation- follow up and resolution at co-packers

Member of the Site Management Team- work with them to contribute to site decisions with technical knowledge.

Manage and develop Quality team on site- using tools such as MBO- people coaching and talent management.

Involvement in capital project approval and implementation- support and facilitate supply chain projects as required.
