About Our Client
My client is a multinational start up company focusing on automotive.

As a TA / Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the recruitment team
• End-to-end recruitment process
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline for candidates across function and organization
• Report and build a good relationship with regional talent acquisition
• Working closely with partners cross function to ensure quality and reliable candidates based on the job description and organization needs

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must possess:

• Previous experiences in Start-Up is preferable
• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree, preferably from psychology major
