Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

:

• Support in conducting evaluation of project performance against targets and make necessary adjustments as is necessary
• Involved in a variety of strategic efforts to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
• Analytical role to manage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking as well as timely insights to various departments
• Gather relevant data and requirements to develop process mapping and business process improvement, performance dashboard, etc
• Bringing together crucial pieces of information such as competitor performance, operational performance, markets, etc., from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options

Requirements:

• Have high-energy and proactive nature, and have a positive can-do attitude
• Good critical and strategic thinking
• Demonstrates exceptionally good data analytical skills, and an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives
• Demonstrates proficiency in the use of Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint, which will be necessary for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging analyses reports and presentations
• Ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Be result-driven, and have exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in project management or corporate strategy role

• Experience in consulting firm/e-Commerce/big 4 accounting firm
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
