Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer

CodeX is an upcoming no-code layer 2 ecosystem designed to facilitate mass adoption by automating processes. As part of our strategic rebranding, we are transforming WeFund, a successful multichain launchpad and incubation platform, into a comprehensive layer 2 ecosystem. WeFund has received backing grants from prominent entities such as NEAR Protocol, Juno, and Polygon, and has contributed to the development of more than 15 layer 1 and 2 ecosystems, including Binance, Tron, Oasis, ConsenSys, and many others.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced digital professional to join our team as Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the technical landscape of CodeX. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and take charge of their responsibilities. Our non-hierarchical organization empowers every member to make decisions that drive the success of their roles.

As the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing the development team responsible for the CodeX Ecosystem

- Assigning roles and responsibilities within the team

- Designing and developing the CodeX Ecosystem platform

- Operating and maintaining the CodeX Ecosystem platform

- Coordinating development efforts with the technology team at CodeX

- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog

- Authoring technical specifications for development projects

- Acting as the primary liaison with all stakeholders

- Managing the development environment and repositories

- Defining the product vision and roadmap

- Reviewing and releasing product updates

- Conducting testing of the CodeX Ecosystem platform

- Conducting technological analyses and research to drive product strategy

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Leadership experience:

- A minimum of 5 years in technical leadership or management roles

- Experience in leading distributed teams

- Proven ability to build and manage technical teams for optimal organizational effectiveness

Development experience:

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in product development and design across various software applications, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering complex products and solutions

- Proficiency in conducting technological analyses and research to define effective product strategies

- Strong background in blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, including proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and Web3

- Expertise in both front-end and back-end development, utilizing technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, Ruby, and more

- Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Docker

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum

- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
