Whilst we have a clear Vision, we are looking for someone to help us develop the Human side of our vision, realize it, and execute this strategy. The key responsibilities will be supporting the CEO and working to support the development of our Team.

What will you be doing?

To aid our momentum and drive us toward our growth journey, the Tech Company is looking for a strong Human Resources Partner to support the volunteers, and our premier team who will be driving our main project and work streams as we embark on this exciting journey.

We are looking for someone who has an HR background or a keen interest in HR and who would be excited about the opportunity to take ownership of operational HR-related tasks. Our ethos is very much based on a Seamless, Fun, and Connected environment, where we are all focused on helping create self-stewarding students and staff in schools. This role will put you at the center of our really exciting project and will be an important support in enabling the Tech Company to achieve its vision.

Areas of support include the following:

• Harnessing an environment where people feel valued, respected, and supported and a culture based firmly on the company values.
• Oversight of the governance of the company’s operations to ensure that we operate with the highest integrity and comply with all people-related legislative requirements.
• Supporting the strategic direction of the Human Resources function, working with the CEO and later the leadership team to set a people strategy and working through implementation.
• Review, update, and write people-related policies and processes.
• Assist in putting together the documentation and procedure for onboarding and engagement of volunteers and employees across the company.
• Recruiting, Selecting, Onboarding, and training employees and volunteers have clear guidelines on processes and policies.

You will therefore have the opportunity to help us grow.

Although the company is currently new and small, we will need to grow quickly in order to make progress toward our large-scale goals. We are therefore – through our wonderful volunteers – building a strong professional team so that we can put the infrastructure in place to have the scope to generate and cope with rapid growth.
