Working Arrangement

Individual Accountabilities:
  • Acts as Sharia Product Development Committee (PDC) Team Member (inc. attend the meetings) that have responsibility in giving ideas/comments/suggestions/changes/updates related sharia value propositions not limited in his/her respective area.
  • Acts as team member in participating together with other team members in increasing agency distribution engagement score
  • Acts as a key speaker at events related to sharia products both in Manulife and outside the office, especially to boost sharia business.
  • Acts as sharia risk champion in agency risk management team.
  • Acts as sharia Subject Matter Expert (SME) officer in company
  • Acts as team member in sharia events/projects organized by agency distribution and/or sharia unit to increase the sales production of sharia product(s).
  • Acts as sharia customer service officer in supporting employees, customers, and sales forces with all matters relating to sharia business.
  • Acts as a sharia facilitator, instructor, mentor, and trainer in the agency distribution channel classroom or through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) that specifically explains the sharia insurance products owned by Manulife, including the concept, sales idea, closing process, and after sales services.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education
  • Minimum 5 (five years) have an experience in Financial Service company preferably from Life Insurance, Bank, or Sharia company/institution
  • Have sufficiency knowledge of sharia life insurance regulations and provisions from OJK-IKNB Syariah, DSN-MUI, and others.
  • Highly developed communication & relationship skills & have experience in creating and managing an event both literation and inclusion.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) form Accounting/Economic/Marketing/Finance/Management preferably from Sharia Background.
  • Have intermediate knowledge of sharia investment & advance knowledge about sharia life insurance.
  • Proficient using various computer application programs, and other relevant information technology skills especially Microsoft Office
