Having knowledge in Sharia Insurance is preferable

Good communication skill and able to work as a team

Develop Sharia agency business to achieve high quality business target & strategies which include production, persistency, productivity, and other assigned KPIs

Develop entrepreneurship for assigned Sharia Agency Leader and building high quality agents

Provide support and service to Sharia agents

Minimum bachelor degree from related major

Responsible for assisting Sharia Agency Business Development West & East in the scope of works (but not limited to):

Assisting for weekly meeting preparation

Assisting for any meeting preparation

Assisting for scheduling KPM visits/ leaders meeting

Assisting for arranging business trips administration for SABDs

Assisting for arranging administration of dealing with business vendors, etc.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) form Accounting/Economic/Marketing/Finance/Management preferably from Sharia Background.

Acts as sharia risk champion in agency risk management team.

Have intermediate knowledge of sharia investment & advance knowledge about sharia life insurance.

Have sufficiency knowledge of sharia life insurance regulations and provisions from OJK-IKNB Syariah, DSN-MUI, and others.

Proficient using various computer application programs, and other relevant information technology skills especially Microsoft Office

Acts as team member in participating together with other team members in increasing agency distribution engagement score

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) form Accounting/Economic/Marketing/Finance/Management preferably from Sharia Background.

Acts as sharia risk champion in agency risk management team.

Highly developed communication & relationship skills & have experience in creating and managing an event both literation and inclusion.

Have intermediate knowledge of sharia investment & advance knowledge about sharia life insurance.

Have sufficiency knowledge of sharia life insurance regulations and provisions from OJK-IKNB Syariah, DSN-MUI, and others.

Minimum 5 (five years) have an experience in Financial Service company preferably from Life Insurance, Bank, or Sharia company/institution

Help identify the adequacy of policies and work procedures that exist in sharia business units

Administrative implementation for QA inspection assignments, and monitoring tracking plan vs realization of QA inspection

Minimum bachelor degree from any major
