Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team, to develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels as part of Glints’ user acquisition engine in our Glints Marketplace App.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely with the Marketing Team and Creative Team to continuously improve performance.
• Plan and implement effective performance marketing strategies by managing, experimenting, and scaling the marketing channels in order to acquire the targeted customer.
• Continuously run experimentation and optimizations in various channels (Search, FB, TikTok and others) to expand user base.
• Support the planning and implementation of high performing Performance Marketing Campaigns with the rest of Performance Marketing team members.
• Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and tracking by providing insights and recommendations on digital marketing performance and budget forecast, and presenting it to the various stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills to analyze the progression of the campaign and identify opportunities. Experience in Data analytics tools is a plus point.
• Skilled in managing and scaling various marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok, while closely monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
• Proficient in using English as the primary language for communication.
• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Commercial awareness to understand the target market & business goals and design campaigns accordingly.
• Demonstrate project management skills and stakeholder management.
• Have experience in exploring or adopting new channels or technology to broaden existing marketing channels.
• Experienced in driving monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance and budget forecasts to optimize results and achieve set targets.
