Job Roles and Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant Key Account Manager – will provide a pivotal role in the growth and profitability of the employer as the main point of contact to help develop and drive sales with key customers both internally and externally (B2B). The candidate will manage the business development relationship for a wide portfolio of company's oleochemical products. This role will working from the site at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the all activity conducted by requirement of quality, food safety, feed safety, environment, occupational health and safety.
- Responsible for supporting the business development of Internal ( company )and External B2B Customers to help optimize profit for our employer. To partner effectively with the customer to drive and manage new sales opportunities to cash generation.
- To provide sales offer and to negotiate sales contract with Company's Global Buyer and external customers.
- Maintain Contract database by customers and to ensure all contracts are agreed/signed before commencement of supply.
- To ensure that all specification are agreed/signed before commencement of supply.
- Ensure Supplier onboarding and to work with finance to determine credit limit/risk/compliance check for each new customer.
- To liaise with Company's Global Buyer, Employer Procurement in local country, trader and external customers to receive monthly supply allocation based on agreed sales contract.
- To be the customer’s first point of contact should there be any customer complaint and or claim against Company's product.
Skills and Key Requirements
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in Domestic/International sales from Oleochemical company.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Very strong communication skills especially in English (mandatory for dealing with customers)
- Strong oleochemical product knowledge and business acumen.
- Having good understanding of logistics/shipping incoterms.
