Business Account Manager (Sales Supervisor)

:
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates all sales activities in the company
- Performs competitor analysis and marketing intelligence to identify the best product or solution possible
- Executes customer prospect activities to increase the data of prospective customers and creates activity report
- Ensures that all sales accounts achieve the target that's been established
- Conducts data analysis about sales performance and prepares report for the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's (S1) Degree from any major
- Has more than 3 years of proven experiences in leading sales team
- Proven hands-on ability in sales
- Coming from logistics or car rental commercial company
- Broad knowledge of vehicle rental industry
- Has good business sense together with good analysis and judgement ability
- Has exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skill
