We are seeking a highly organized and professional Reception and Administrative Assistant to join Skaiwork's team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma degree and at least one year of experience in an administrative role, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Assist in following up on customer inquiries/booking requests.
- Systematically file important company documents, including incoming mails for tenants.
- Respond to queries and reply to emails.
- Manage the booking schedule for conference/meeting room requests.
- Answer phone inquiries and handle complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare proforma invoices and collect payments.
- Notify all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to tenants PIC.
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files, mails, and filing systems.
- Prepare tenants' monthly reports (new and extend).
- Send notification of tenants' payments for the tax invoice.
- Familiarity with internet operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive individual with the ability to work well in a team.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role.
- Minimum diploma degree.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office functions.
