We are a pet product distributor supplying to pet shops all around Indonesia, and are currently looking for another administrative assistant for hire. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is a pet lover (both dogs and cats) OR do not mind working in an environment with pets. PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE (ABLE TO SPEAK & UNDERSTAND) IS A MUST.
Responsibilities
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Reporting - Create Sales Reports
- Secretarial - Take meeting minutes, Update founder's google calendar
- Basic Accounting - Create invoices, Month-End Bank Reconciliation (training will be provided)
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
