Job Description
About the Company:


A regional consulting firm, with offices across the region is currently hiring a Receptionist & Administrative assistant for their Indonesia office.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Department, as well as other departments when needed.
  • Meet and greet visitors as they arrive; advise appropriate staff member
  • Scan and file documents for the various departments, including expense reports, invoices, etc
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • Professionally answer main telephone line, screen and direct calls.
Job Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an area related to office administrative support.
  • Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Professional demeanour and excellent customer service abilities required.
  • Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management, ability to manage multiple tasks, define and set priorities and problem solve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English
