Program Manager Jobs

:

1. Overall responsibility for project execution as per mutually agreed plan

2. Develops detailed Project Plan in consultation with Customer Project Manager

3. Plans and manages the project on a day to day basis

4. Monitors progress against the plan and perform status reporting to all relevant parties

5. Determines the staffing needs of the project and ensures they are met

6. Assures quality project process and deliverables

7. Is responsible for scope control

8. Coordinates with project team ensuring that all the work is undertaken with the agreed plan

9. Ensures a satisfactory relationship between all project contributors

10. Is responsible for and ensures on-time completion of the team’s deliverables

11. Assesses and monitors risks throughout the project

12. Is the single point of onsite contact between customer and TechM

13. Participates in project review meetings

14. Reviews deliverables during various phases of implementation

15. Maintains review and inspection minutes and all associated Project documentation in Project files.

Qualifications:

• At least 12-15 Yrs of Experience in managing project delivery
• Overall Solution governance
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementation of CC&B/C2M successfully
• 7+ Years of experience in leading solution delivery of OU product stack
• Solution/related Conflict resolutions with the customer/within the team
• Good knowledge on OUAF; ability to identify, estimate, validate custom components
• Typical Project Management skills
• Ability to understand the solution team and convince customer vice versa on the right and feasible approach
