Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Personal Assistant to VP! You will provide executive-level support to the VP assist in day-to-day operations, maintain schedule, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide support and work on operations related projects.


  • Manage administrative schedule, making appointments, task-reminder, prepare supporting documents, data management and filing, provide general assistance, and support any task that VP needs.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff (follow up deadline schedule cross-division, follow up pending list request with clients/vendors/partners).
  • Assist VP in daily working.
  • Screening phone calls, chats, emails, enquiries and requests, and handling in an appropriate & professional way.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and copying to management.
  • Facilitate various internal meetings by scheduling, creating meeting agendas, note taking, providing timely meeting minutes, and appropriately following up on deliverables.
  • Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner.
  • Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.


Requirements:

  • Smart & fast learner
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment.
  • Minimum 1 years experiences as Personal Assistant to Executive Level, or relevant experience (preferably in e-commerce industry)
  • Strong communication and human-relation skills.
  • Attention to detail & thoroughness.
  • Agile, multitasking, well organized, and trusted.
  • Female, domicile in Jakarta
