We are assisting our client to hire Personal Assistant . Our client is a digital banking company based in Jakarta, Indonesia
About the position:
Personal Assistant will be responsible to support the CEO and provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timeline manner. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments
● Accompany CEO to meetings and take Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
● Plan and coordinate company-wide meetings and events
● Coordinate with external parties for meetings and other work-related tasks
● Manage government official interactions and related paperwork
● Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangement (ticketing and visa both
domestic and international)
● Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, clients, and other stakeholders
● Assist with personal errands, calendar management, and tasks as needed, etc
● Handle administrative tasks for CEO's expenses, insurance, cars, working permit,
etc.
● Support functions and departments to seek approval from CEO
● Conduct research for reports as per requested
● Translate incoming documents, report, regulations
● Follow-up tasks given from CEO
● Manage the priorities for letters, emails, and appointment requests to the CEO
Requirements:
● Bachelor Degree in Secretary, International Relations, Communication
● Discretion and trustworthiness
● Flexibility and adaptability
● Good oral and written communication skills
● Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
● Able to be proactive and take the initiative
● Tact and diplomacy
